This super easy and delicious green smoothie is jam packed with vitamins and minerals to help you feel full, but not overly stuffed. It’s perfect for those who workout early in the morning and need something quick or in the car on the way to the office.



- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 small banana (75g)
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup of unsweetened milk
- Handful of ice



1. Place all ingredients into a blender
2. Blend for approximately 60 seconds, or until smooth and creamy 3. Pour into a glass or drink right out of the blender cup.
4. Enjoy!
