Q. Who are your programs for?

Coaching programs are for individuals who feel stuck in their current ways of eating, wanting to end yo-yo dieting and finally find a sustainable, balanced approach to nutrition and fitness. Clients should be ready to take action  to become the best versions of themselves. Gender, age, fitness level, level of education does not matter!

Q. What happens after I apply?

Once you apply, expect an e-mail response within 24-48 hours. If your application is accepted, you will receive a calendar link to schedule a FREE, 30 minute consultation call with either coach Christi or coach Mariah to figure out the perfect program for you and your goals.

Q. Do I need a gym membership?

No you do not need a gym membership! It is ideal to have basic gym equipment like dumbbells and/or resistance bands but it is not necessary.

Q. Do you write meal plans?

No, the team does not currently offer meal plans. Clients are provided customized macronutrient goals along with various nutrition resources and suggestions. You get to choose what you want to eat to reach your goals!

Q. What happens if I have a vacation planned?

This is a perfect opportunity to practice the healthy habits we've been building during our time together! No need to be 100% perfect or avoid working together. We will work around your schedule!
